Project Coordinator (administrative)
Position Overview
The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager by maintaining document control and database management while tracking project activities and coordinating team communications to ensure project goals are accomplished within the time frame and budget parameters.
Essential Job Functions Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Maintain document control, database management, track project activities and team communications.
- Maintain project files or binders.
- Coordinate accurate, up-to-date reporting of project status, scheduling, and planning.
- Maintain project trackers and client tracking database.
- Attend weekly deployment meetings.
- Know project status at all times.
- Interface with accounting department regarding client and subcontractor purchase orders and invoicing.
- Track receipt and issuance of purchase orders.
- Work with project manager to produce monthly milestone and T&M billing.
Position Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in wireless industry.
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge and Abilities
- Experience with Siterra is a plus
- Specific wireless telecom project coordination experience preferred
- Expert in all aspects of Microsoft Office – especially Excel
- Siterra experience a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable in self-directed environment
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to write coherent and succinct status/progress reports.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail oriented, able to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain organized and accurate project records/files
- Ability to operate in a dynamic and changing environment
- Ability to travel as required
Working Conditions
The Project Coordinator will typically spend their day working in the FMHC project office. Extensive computer use is expected.
