The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager by maintaining document control and database management while tracking project activities and coordinating team communications to ensure project goals are accomplished within the time frame and budget parameters.
Educational Requirements 1-3 years experience in wireless industry. Associates Degree or equivalent experience.Knowledge and Abilities Experience with Siterra is a plusSpecific wireless telecom project coordination experience preferred Expert in all aspects of Microsoft Office – especially ExcelAbility to maintain confidentiality Comfortable in self-directed environment Ability to read and interpret documents Ability to write coherent and succinct status/progress reports. Strong organizational and communication skills.Detail oriented, able to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills Ability to maintain organized and accurate project records/files Ability to operate in a dynamic and changing environment Ability to travel as required
The Project Coordinator will typically spend their day working in the FMHC project office. Extensive computer use is expected. No travel allowance or per diem are being offered. Local market experience required.
